across Constitutional Area 1 (USA & affiliates). We are not replacing the Global Action Team or Lions Clubs International. Instead, we are the bridge where heart meets hustle. CA1 has experienced a decline in membership, leadership, & ultimately, service — the very heart of who we are. Lions USA was born to restore pride & excitement, & to reignite the Lion spirit in every community across the country.

LionsUSA will be sustained through in-kind donations of time, resources, and expertise from its membership. Governance and Leadership
Steering Committee: Comprising experienced Lions leaders.
Teams: Established as required to manage key areas of focus of LionsUSA; chairpersons of each team shall report to the Steering Committee.
- Advocacy Team:
- Focus on promoting LionsUSA’s mission and values to external stakeholders.
- Advocate for policies and initiatives that align with LionsUSA’s goals.
- Education Team:
- Develop and oversee educational programs and training for members.
- Ensure access to resources that foster personal and professional growth.
- Fundraising Team:
- As requested by the Treasurer, develop and coordinate a Financial Plan for LionsUSA.
- Cultivate relationships with potential donors to support and sustain LionsUSA.
- Marketing Team:
- Manage LionsUSA’s branding, communications, and public relations efforts.
- Create campaigns to increase visibility and attract new members and donors.
- Membership Team:
- Strategize on recruiting, retaining, and engaging members.
- Provide support to clubs to strengthen their membership base.
- Service Team:
- Identify and prioritize humanitarian service opportunities.
- Coordinate resources and support for clubs to execute impactful projects.
- Technology Team:
- Implement digital tools and platforms to enhance the operations of LionsUSA.
- Promote the creation of innovative communication channels and online resources.
